I really hope you’ve been enjoying the new programme Artist of the Year: Masterclass which started this month on Sky Arts.  My first episode Alla Prima Painting was aired at the start of the series, and I’m excited to say my second episode – Loosening Up – will be broadcast on Mon 9th Dec at 6pm.  We’re going with one big brush for the whole painting – it’s my tried and tested way of avoiding being fiddly, as the big brush just won’t let you do too much detail.   It’s super exciting, and super fun to do and I hope you’re going to enjoy this one!  Here are a few sneak peeks.
